As part of our pre-arranged or customized tour packages, student and youth organization groups will fly scheduled airlines in an expeditious manner from their nearest gateway city. We only utilize charter carriers only with your specific consent, or if there is sufficient reason to do so. All hotel accommodations have private facilities and are centrally located in all destinations associated with your groups itinerary. Since all our student educational tours are inclusive, provided meals are always nutritious and of good quality. In fact, all our student/educational tour packages are of the highest possible quality, and all sightseeing tours are under the accompaniment of registered and qualified guides. Each tour package is specifically geared to the needs and interests of high school students.

All student tour package prices are unconditionally guaranteed once the groups deposit has been received, and no additional charges will be levied unless the school or group leader alters the tour program. Airline flights are available a minimum of two months prior to your groups departure date and will be provided to you upon request.

All inclusive travel insurance is optional. However, we highly recommend that anyone who travels be covered by a travel/medical insurance plan. In fact, it is better that each group member be covered under the same insurance plan. This makes it much simpler for group chaperones should a medical emergency occur. Of course, travel/medical insurance offered by Student Tours by Total Advantage gives your group members comprehensive coverage, should cancellation be necessary for medical reasons, medical costs overseas, a special return flight or a flight for a parent to visit a hospitalized child. Chaperones are covered at no extra charge if the entire group utilizes travel insurance.
